Brace yourself for a sensational taste experience! Phebus has surprised us once again with their enchanting Syrah. A wine bursting with power and intensity, it's sure to delight your taste buds. A party in your glass!
The story behind this wine is as fascinating as the wine itself. Hervé J. Fabre, an adventurous Frenchman, set foot in Argentina in the 1990s. He immediately fell in love with the Malbec grape and saw its enormous potential. In 1992, he decided to pursue his dream and founded his own winery, specializing in wines made from a single grape variety.
Winemaking as an Art Form at Phebus
Each Phebus wine tells a unique story, with the Syrah absolutely stealing the show with its powerful character. Their other wines, such as the torrentés and rosé, also offer excellent value. Phebus combines modern winemaking techniques with the rich soil of Mendoza and French savoir faire to create wines that are highly acclaimed both locally and internationally.
This Syrah, hailing from sunny Mendoza, is made from grapes grown on fifteen-year-old vines. Harvest takes place between March 11th and 22nd, with each grape carefully handpicked and selected. After careful skin maceration and fermentation, a wine is created that perfectly captures the essence of the Syrah grape.
Taste the Magic of Phebus Syrah

You can enjoy this wine for another 1-2 years if you store it now. Cheers to the splendor of Phebus Syrah!
