The special Pinord quality

Pinord is a true family business, founded in 1942 by the Tetas family. This family not only has a long winemaking tradition, but also a deep passion for the craft and respect for nature, animals, and people. Therefore, all wines produced by this winery are 100% organic. Located in Valifranca del Penedés, the estate has grown into one of the leading wineries in the area. Thanks in part to their exceptional quality, the wines regularly win awards and receive high ratings in the international press. The Chardonnay grapes are harvested early in the morning to preserve their freshness. The grapes are then quickly transported to the winery where they are rigorously inspected. After selection, they are gently pressed to extract the must. The must is then fermented for three weeks in stainless steel vats at low temperatures. After clarification, the wine is stabilized and filtered before bottling.

Pinord's Chardonnay is an intense, vibrant yellow in the glass. It boasts intense tropical aromas of pineapple, passion fruit, and banana. The grape variety is particularly prominent, combined with the influence of the warm Mediterranean climate. Long on the palate and very harmonious. The flavor is rich yet smooth and soft. The balance between acidity and fruit is a true taste sensation. Delicious with fish dishes, chicken, or salads.
