In the lush landscapes of Puglia, where the sun bathes the vineyards, lies the origin of the Sunny Farm Primitivo, meticulously produced by the Pizzolato winery. This wine is a pure expression of the Primitivo grape, known for its robust and rich flavor profile. The grapes are hand-harvested in the optimal month of September, after which a classic red vinification takes place. During maceration, which lasts approximately ten days at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, the wine is allowed to unfold its full potential. The wine then undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged for six months on its fine lees.
