The old vineyards for this Vino Spumante are spread between the Adriatic Sea and the foothills of the Alps near Conegliano. Here, the grapes grow like kings, as the Pinto Grigio grapes receive everything they need. Plenty of sunshine, combined with the cool sea breeze, contributes to a ripe and fresh harvest. The rich soil structure gives the Pinot Grigio bunches great strength, making for a truly fantastic harvest. Harvesting takes place early in the morning to protect the grapes from oxidation and bruising during transport.

The grapes are pressed immediately after harvest and stored in tanks in Ponte's magnificent wine cellar. Once all the grapes are in, the blend is created to bring out the very best.
