Behind this winery lies the vision of Dutch businessman Mijndert Pon, who founded it in 1992. With its unique cross-shaped design, each wing of Bodegas Salentijn houses a small winery. While the ground floor houses stainless steel tanks for cooled fermentation, a lower level, deep underground, houses oak barrels where the wine matures.
