The Trial of Principe de Viana Roble Tempranillo

The Principe de Viana vineyards are among the finest in this region. Everything seems to be perfect for the Tempranillo grapes: the terroir, the climate, and the altitude of the vineyards. The juice then undergoes a light oak aging process. For three months, Principe de Viana Roble Tempranillo is aged in a mix of American and French oak. This makes the wine slightly firmer, but not too pronounced. Finally, the wine is aged in the bottle for another three months.
