Proyecto Cu4tro Bubbles is a flagship series from the Bodegas Clos Mont Blanc winery. With over 300 years of winemaking tradition and dedication to the vineyard and its grapes, they know better than anyone how to use artisanal methods to produce some of the most impressive and renowned wines. The vineyards are spread across three nearby locations, each with its own distinct geological, climatic, and ecological characteristics. The Bodegas Clos Mont Blanc team works with local and international grape varieties and uses its expertise to masterfully age these grapes in over 1,300 available barriques. Proyecto Cu4tro Bubbles is a series of sparkling wines with unique character and unforgettable flavor profiles, perfectly reflecting the philosophy and tradition of Bodegas Clos Mont Blanc. The Macabeo, Xarello, Parellada, and Chardonnay grape varieties are carefully and entirely harvested by hand when they reach peak ripeness. After the initial selection, the grapes are pressed and the juice is transferred to stainless steel tanks, where alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16 degrees Celsius. The secondary fermentation, responsible for the formation of bubbles, takes place in the bottle, following the traditional method typical of cava production. These bottles are then aged for at least 18 months in the winery's cellars, where the cava further develops and develops its characteristic flavors and aromas.
