The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes thrive in the optimal climate and fertile soil. When the grapes reach peak ripeness, they are harvested entirely by hand and brought to the winery. A rigorous selection process follows, as only the finest grapes are good enough for the final, soft pressing. After temperature-controlled fermentation, the wine is transferred to French oak barrels where it ages for a further 12 months.

This Cabernet Sauvignon from Radacini is a dark ruby ​​red in color. This wine has a broad aromatic palette, with a distinctly fruity presence. Ripe blackberries and blackberries predominate, complemented by spice and hints of vanilla. These warmer notes are due to the extended oak aging. The palate is medium-bodied, with soft tannins and a lovely balance between fruit and the spicy notes of the oak. The soft tannins carry you through to a pleasant finish.
