The vineyards of Radacini
Moldova has all the ingredients for a perfect wine country: nutrient-rich soil, a perfect climate, the nearby Black Sea providing the perfect cooling, and centuries of experience thanks to the Romans. Radacini also knows how to utilize these excellent qualities of the country. They own over 1,000 hectares of vineyards in three different regions. Using the latest technologies, they produce unique wines with a personal character. Nothing is left to chance, and the winemakers have an eye for detail. Thanks to their distinctive style and the dedication they provide day in and day out, the wines have already won dozens of awards. It is a reflection of their quality and effort. The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes thrive in the optimal climate and fertile soil. When the grapes reach peak ripeness, they are harvested entirely by hand and brought to the winery. A rigorous selection process follows, as only the finest grapes are good enough for the final, soft pressing. This Cabernet Sauvignon from Radacini is a dark ruby red in color. This wine has a broad aromatic palette, with a distinctly fruity presence. Ripe blackberries and blackberries predominate, complemented by spice and hints of vanilla. These warmer notes are due to the extended oak aging. The palate is medium-bodied, with soft tannins and a lovely balance between fruit and the spicy notes of the oak. The soft tannins carry you through to a pleasant finish.Product details
