Radio Boka Verdejo BiB 3 LTR | VDT Castilla, Spain
Radio Boka Verdejo in a 3-liter Bag-in-Box is a lively and expressive white wine from the heart of Spain. Crafted by Hammeken Cellars, this modern Verdejo offers an explosion of fresh aromas, crisp fruit, and invigorating acidity. The wine is packaged in a practical 3-liter BiB, perfect for drinks, dinners, or summer days on the patio.
Vineyards and region
The wine is produced from 12- to 25-year-old vines in the high-altitude vineyards of Castile, at altitudes of 600 to 800 meters above sea level. Here, the grapes benefit from extreme continental weather conditions with long, hot summers and large temperature variations between day and night. Yields are limited to 50 hl/ha, which ensures extra flavor concentration.
Vinification and maturation
The grapes are harvested in early September and undergo cold maceration, followed by 15 days of fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 14 to 16°C. This process perfectly preserves the fresh fruit notes and vibrant acidity. The wine is not aged in oak, allowing the pure Verdejo character to fully express itself.
Grape composition
100% Verdejo.
