Reinhardt Fuchs wines come from the renowned German family business Zimmer-Graeff & Muller. The winery has been family-run for four generations with extensive knowledge, experience, and drive. Head winemaker Peter Griebeler has held ultimate responsibility for Reinhardt Fuchs wines, among other things, for many years. A responsible task he is uniquely qualified to handle.

Liebfraumilch made from Riesling

This Liebfraumilch is a semi-sweet wine that can be produced in the Rheinhessen, Pfalz, Rheingau, and Nahe wine-growing regions, not in the Mosel. It literally means "milk of our dear lady." The name comes from the vineyards of the Liebfrauenkirche in Worms, where the first Liebfrauenmilch, as it is often still spelled in Germany, was produced. This white wine is made from the Riesling grape, a grape that lends itself very well to wines with a light and pleasant sweetness. The cooler climate is perfect for the Riesling grape. The now-old vines produce a bumper harvest every year. When the harvest is optimally ripe, the grapes are carefully harvested and taken to the family winery. Here, the grapes undergo a gentle pressing. Harvesting is a difficult task. Each bunch is hand-picked on the steep slopes and transported downhill in small crates on a track.

Semi-sweet German white wine

Reinhardt Fuchs Liebraumilch is a slightly sweet white wine. Because it's semi-sweet, it doesn't retain its wonderful freshness and juiciness. Carefully opening the bottle reveals a delightful bouquet. We pour the wine delicately into the glass, noting the beautiful golden color with a lovely sparkle. Nosing the glass, we noted aromas of ripe yellow and tropical fruit with a fresh hint of citrus at the back. The taste is superb! Some citrus, apple, and pear, pleasant hints of peach, and a slight bubble at the finish. A soft and open wine that has already won many fans.
