The latest Cava from Torre del Gall and really one to shout about, so beautiful and refined. With this Rigol Brut Cava, the winemaker wanted to bring a slightly more affordable Cava to the market that would be a major competitor for the many bubbles from other countries. Well, he more than succeeded and great Pierre, owner of Rigol Brut Cava, has managed to create his own style in this wine. It all starts in the vineyards, which are relatively young but very promising because later they will have to feed the great Rigol Brut Cava. For this cava, Xarello, Macabeo and Parellada grapes are also used. Thanks to the perfect climate, the grapes ripen like no other and become perfectly ripe. At the ideal ripeness, they are harvested by hand and taken to the Rigol press.
