The Chardonnay grapes come from a beautiful vineyard in Stellenbosch. Winemaker Hannes Mayers has been harvesting the finest grapes here in recent years. The grapes are harvested entirely by hand and chilled overnight to preserve their freshness. In the winery, a strict selection process takes place, extracting only the finest juice from the grapes. The result is a characteristic Chardonnay.
