The small vineyard is located in the village of Chavanay on a soil of weathered granite and clay, giving the grapes everything they need. The sun is able to do its work, and after a balanced growing season, the Roussanne grapes are harvested by hand. Each bunch is inspected, and only the finest are used in this white wine.
