Maceration for this Cabernet Sauvignon lasts between fifteen and twenty days, followed by slow fermentation on pure must in tank. The wine is aged in wooden barrels for twelve months. After bottling, the wine continues to age in the cellars. Stored in good conditions, the wine can be kept for several years.
