Quality wines from Santa Helena for 75 years
Founded in 1942, Viña Santa Helena has over 75 years of history. The winery is located in the Central Valley, Chile's most emblematic valley.
The quality of a wine begins in the vineyard, and for this reason, our attention and energy are primarily focused on sustainable, land-based practices in all our agricultural processes. The Central Valley boasts optimal natural climate and soil conditions, ensuring perfect fertility for high-quality wine production, which is reflected in our diverse ranges.
The grapes are harvested mechanically at night. Once they arrive at the cellar, they are immediately processed. The grapes macerate at low temperatures for 4 to 6 hours. They then go to the pneumatic press. Fermentation takes place for 15 days in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures below 14°C (57°F) to develop the citrus aromas and fresh character of the grape variety.
