Today, the estate encompasses 42 hectares nestled between the Livenza and Tagliamento rivers. This is where the provinces of Venice, Pordenone, and Treviso meet. The climate here is perfect for viticulture. The heat of the day alternates with cool nighttime breezes, cooling the grapes and allowing them to ripen perfectly. This is the only way they claim to guarantee high quality. The Prosecco Spumante Doc Extra Dry is made using the Charmat method. The second fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 14 degrees Celsius. This results in a delicate wine with unique aromas.
What does the Savian Prosecco Spumante Doc Extra Dry taste like?
Its straw-yellow color in the glass immediately reveals floral aromas of acacia, broom, and gentian with a light, vegetal note of sage and mint. The palate reveals fruity notes of grapefruit, pineapple, and golden apple. It is smooth and pleasantly lively on the palate.
