The winery was founded immediately after the First World War. This means that Savian has been a leading winery in northern Italy for almost a century. They have endured many turbulent times, but have always maintained consistently high quality. The grapes are sourced from their own vineyards, which cover an impressive 42 hectares. Only in this way can we guarantee the exceptional quality of Savian Prosecco Extra Dry Rosé. The Glera grape is insatiable in the Prosecco region. It is used for Prosecco wine. However, the Rosé version of Savian Prosecco also uses another grape, Pinot Noir. This may seem unconventional, but looking at the Champagne, the choice is immediately clear.
