After being carefully harvested by hand, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery. There, they are gently pressed and immediately cooled to 16 degrees Celsius. The resulting high-quality must is then prepared for fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature for 15 to 18 days. This entire process takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The Sibiliana Roceno Grillo captivates with its golden hue.
