Situated on the pristine coastline of the Limarí Valley, next to the UNESCO-listed Fray Jorge National Park, the Talinay vineyard enjoys a unique location. Just 12 kilometers from the Pacific Ocean, this vineyard enjoys the cooling sea breeze, essential given its proximity to the equator. Thanks to this ideal location, summer temperatures rarely rise above 23.5 degrees Celsius, ensuring slow ripening of the grapes and the natural preservation of their high acidity.
The Tatié Brut is a beautiful blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, where the grapes are carefully hand-harvested and gently pressed to preserve their integrity. The juice undergoes a careful settling process, followed by controlled fermentation and malolactic fermentation. The art of blending is revealed when reserve wines from previous vintages are combined to create a consistent and distinctive style.
After a second fermentation and 30 months of aging on the lees, the wine is carefully disgorged and balanced with the addition of dosage liqueur. This process, which takes into account the alcohol content, pH, and total acidity, results in a perfectly balanced sparkling wine.
The Tatié Brut is the result of a fusion of Chile's unique terroir and French expertise, created by talented winemakers Laurent Fedou (Champagne Thiénot) and Felipe Müller (Tabalí). The result is a sparkling wine with elegant bubbles, vibrant acidity, and a refined palate. A perfect accompaniment to oysters au gratin with Parmesan, this wine celebrates the best of both worlds.
