VERY SPECIAL, BECAUSE ONLY 3 BOTTLES OF THIS 5-LITER BOTTLE ARE PRODUCED IN THE NETHERLANDS PER YEAR! Made according to the traditional "Appassimento" method. Only the finest and ripest bunches are used for Amarone. After harvest, the grapes are hung on small racks in open buildings, where they are dried by the cool autumn and winter breezes until February. They lose approximately 50% of their weight, and the natural sugars are concentrated. After fermentation, the wine is aged for at least 3 years in 35 hectoliter Slovenian oak barrels and then for another year in the bottle. Intense ruby ​​red color. Warm, ripe aromas on the nose, intense and refined. Complex flavor, smooth, full-bodied with abundant cherries, nuts, and plums.
