Muscat is a peculiar grape. It's the only grape variety that produces wines that taste like... that's right: grapes! It's unique. With every sip of this wine, it feels like you're holding real, fresh grapes in your mouth. So special. The grapes for this Muscat grow in a very special location within the Trimbach vineyards. Only the oldest vines are used for this unique wine. This is because these vines are perfectly positioned to face the sun. This location gives the wine its unique character: dry, aromatic, and very floral.

Passionate wines from Alsace

Wine lovers have long enjoyed Trimbach wines. The first wine was bottled and released in 1626. Since then, twelve generations of winemakers have tirelessly cultivated their passion for Alsatian wines. Quality is paramount and is synonymous with Trimbach. In addition to the passion, dedication, and passion the winery possesses, it also boasts magnificent vineyards with unique terroirs. These enjoy perfect weather conditions, with heat alternating with refreshing winds. This allows the grapes to ripen perfectly and create exceptional wines. Trimbach Réserves are the result of a rigorous selection from primarily old vineyards in Ribeauvillé and the surrounding villages, resulting in more complex wines that can age longer. Two varieties of Muscat are used in the production of this Muscat: Muscat Ottonel, which gives the wine a fruity and soft character, and Muscat d'Alsace, which provides a beautiful balance.
