If you enjoy a dry white wine, this Vino Frizzante from Val d'Oca will be your new favorite. This delicious, fruity Frizzante is made from the Glera grape variety, which is also used to make Prosecco. The grapes come from the hilly areas just outside the defined DOC zone. Therefore, this Frizzante can no longer be called Prosecco. The content is comparable, but at a much more attractive price!

High-quality and modern Val d'Oca wines

Cantina Produttori di Valdobbiandene is responsible for a wide range of superb proseccos, better known as Val d'Oca. The vineyards are located in the Veneto wine region, in the beautiful hilly area between Asolo and Conegliano at the foot of the Alps in Treviso. Just 50 kilometers from the romantic city of Venice, they produce delicious, top-quality Italian sparkling wines. Founded in 1952, the winery is one of the oldest in the region. They own 714 hectares of vineyards, consistently committed to quality, achieved thanks to modern techniques. The vines are planted on sedimentary and weathered rock soils. When the Glera grapes are perfectly ripe, they are harvested entirely by hand, without the use of harvesting machines. After harvest, the grapes are taken as quickly as possible to the winery where they are sorted and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. Finally, the wine is aged for several months in stainless steel vats.

The expressive aromas of Val d'Oca Vino Frizzante

The Ocabianca Vino Frizzante has a beautiful yellow color in the glass. Expressive aromas of pear, black cherry, and pear immediately emerge, accompanied by hints of vanilla fruit. It has a crisp and light texture. On the palate, it is fresh and lively with a fine effervescence on the long finish. Hints of pear reappear here as well.
