The old vineyard of Veuve du Vernay for this Rosé

The grapes for this sparkling wine are grown in the warm sunshine of southern France. At ideal ripeness, the grapes are carefully harvested in the morning and transported to the press in small crates to prevent damage to the bunches. Initially, Jean-Jacques Hochet makes still wines from all four grape varieties, after which he creates the blend for this sparkling wine. Using a secret recipe of sugar and yeast, he gently allows the wine to develop its bubbles, and the result is stunning.

What does the Veuve du Vernay rosé taste like?

After popping the Champagne cork, a vibrant bouquet of red fruits like strawberries, raspberries, and currants bursts from the bottle. Upon pouring, the beautiful light pink color immediately catches the eye. Delicate bubbles rise to the surface, revealing a rich aroma of red fruit, a hint of raspberry jam, and a hint of fresh bread.
