The fruity aromas of Cuvee Prestige Chardonnay 52 Blend

Full and powerful bunches are harvested by hand and rigorously selected, after which they mature in oak barrels in the Vignobles Vellas cellars. The long aging period gives the wine strength and suppleness, according to winemaker Nicolas Vellas. This is also clearly noticeable in the aroma, which reveals notes of peach, roasted nuts, vanilla, apricots, and a hint of passion fruit. The palate is round and deliciously oily, just as a top Chardonnay should be. Fruits such as peach, apricots, red apple, and tropical fruit reappear on the palate, as well as hints of vanilla pods, toast, and roasted nuts.
