Manual harvest for Villa Conchi Cava 0.0%
Villa Conchi was founded in 1993 by passionate winemaker Javier Ruiz de Galarreta with the goal of bringing high-quality Spanish wines to the export market and harnessing the potential of family-owned bodegas. Over the past twenty years, he has selected modern facilities and found perfect vineyards. The result is a slightly different Cava, modern and elegant, perfectly reflecting Villa Conchi's vision. The vineyards, located in the heart of the Penedès region, provide the grapes for the Cava, and modern technology and traditional methods combine to produce an elegant and fresh sparkling wine that represents the best of Spain.
The Chardonnay, Macabeo, and Parellada grapes all come from vines over 25 years old. They are individually harvested by hand and vinified separately. To remove the alcohol, the winery uses the Spinning-Cone method, treating the wine at low temperatures. This gentle method allows the alcohol to evaporate while preserving the aromas and flavors. The result is a sparkling wine with a full and rich flavor, but without the presence of alcohol.

The Villa Conchi Alcohol-Free has a bright yellow color with green reflections, as the bubbles flow elegantly through the glass. The aroma features fruity notes complemented by hints of toasted bread, creating a pleasant depth of aroma. The palate is a fresh and light Cava, with vibrant fruitiness. Citrus and green apple are clearly evident. The finish is rounded and leaves a soft mouthfeel, without any hint of alcohol. This wine is an excellent aperitif and also pairs well with light dishes such as salads and fish dishes.
