Conchi planted her Chardonnay and Pinto Noir grapes with the utmost care, and it proved a resounding success. The Mediterranean climate made the grapes shine, and the warm afternoons and cool nights proved a key success. Coolness is essential for developing a lovely, fresh acidity in the grapes, and it certainly succeeded.
