Grapes and vinification
Grenache – Cinsault – Rolle – Syrah, Provence
Grenache and Cinsault provide fresh red fruit and finesse, Rolle brings aromatic tension, and Syrah adds structure.
Harvest takes place at night to preserve freshness. The grapes are optically sorted, after which fermentation and aging occur for 3 months in stainless steel tanks to maintain the pure character of the grapes.

On the nose, the 2025 vintage displays an expressive character with ripeness and vibrant freshness. Delicate notes of citrus and red fruit provide complexity and energy. On the palate, the wine is silky smooth and supple, with fine persistence. The fresh structure ensures an energetic and lively finish.
