Paul Mas Prima Perla Cremant de Limoux—where to begin? We've rarely been so enthusiastic about a Cremant de Limoux! And perhaps it's not surprising, considering all Paul Mas wines are phenomenal. Domaine Paul Mas is currently one of the largest and most renowned wineries in France, without compromising on quality. With over 600 hectares of its own vineyards and an additional 1,312 hectares of vineyards owned by contracted winegrowers, there's a perfect place for every grape variety to grow. This diversity of vineyards, locations, and plantings allows Domaine Paul Mas to produce a wide range of the finest wines at reasonable prices. Something this beautiful winery can be more than proud of.

Grapes from Limoux

This delicious sparkling white wine is made from Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, and Pinot Noir grapes, all grown in the beautiful Limoux region. This region imparts great strength and character to the grapes. The subsoil on which the old vines are planted is rich in calcareous loam and gravel. The long, ancient roots allow nutrients to be absorbed deep into the soil. The climate here is perfect for these grapes, with ample sunshine alternating with the refreshing coolness of the mountains and the night. At the right ripeness, the grapes are harvested mechanically and then transported to the winery. Here, the bunches are spread out on large sorting tables for a final selection. This ensures that only the finest fruit is selected for pressing. The final result is phenomenal.

Prima Perla, a true pearl

We carefully uncork the bottle of Prima Perla with a gentle sigh. The fine bubbles swirl beautifully through the glass. The light golden color is also a sight to behold. The aroma reveals notes of citrus and flowers. The taste is wonderfully fresh with soft notes of citrus and yellow fruit. The finish is full, intense, and refreshing. Highly recommended for any festive occasion.
