Buy or order Paul Mas wine

Domaines Paul Mas is one of the largest wineries in France. What makes it special is that it remains a true family business. Currently, Jean-Claude Mas, the fourth generation, is at the helm. Thanks to the three preceding generations and Jean-Claude Mas's commercial acumen, he has ensured that Paul Mas wines have been among the top wines in the South of France for over twenty years, with the most diverse wines.

The French wines of Paul Mas

The story of Paul Mas begins in 1892 with the great-grandfather of the current owner, Auguste Mas. He purchased a plot of just 9 hectares in St. Pons de Mauchiens, just southwest of Montpellier. His son, Raymond Mas, and grandson, Paul Mas, subsequently expanded the family estate. Jean-Claude Mas took over the estate in 1987. He oversaw the expansion of Paul Mas' wines and their commercial bottling. Thanks to his exceptional expertise, Paul Mas wines have become an indispensable part of the wine world.

The best wines are from Paul Mas

The grapes for Paul Mas' wines come from an area of nearly 2,000 hectares! That's an incredible amount. Of this, 600 hectares are privately owned, while the remainder are managed through sustainable agreements with local winegrowers. This gives Paul Mas access to the finest grapes. The lion's share is found in the Pays D'Oc, but vineyards are also found further west, in the Limoux region. This is where the iconic Les Faisses Chardonnay Limoux wine is produced, among other wines.

What is the most beautiful wine from Paul Mas?

The strength of Domaine Paul Mas lies in its incredibly broad selection. Their impressive cellars offer something for everyone. The Paul Mas Vignes de Nicole wines, for example, are among the finest in their class. But the pure and refreshing Paul Mas Le Rose has also become a welcome addition to many a terrace. And for true wine lovers, the Paul Mas Reserve Pinot Noir is highly recommended. For depth and refinement, Château Paul Mas Belluguette Blanc is the perfect choice. This white wine features typical Rhône grapes like Grenache Blanc and Roussanne.
