This fantastic Taittinger Cuvée Prestige Champagne is among the absolute finest in the Champagne region. Moreover, Taittinger is one of the few truly family-owned estates left in the region. Claude Taittinger, along with a team of experts, ultimately selects which champagnes bear the Taittinger name. This delicious champagne is aged in the bottle for at least three years, giving it a fuller and more complete flavor—worth a try!

The old champagne house Taittinger

Jacques Fourneaux founded the Champagne house in 1734, making it one of the oldest champagne trading houses. In 1932, Pierre Taittinger took over the house, and it adopted the Taittinger name. Gradually, he gained a reputation among the major Champagne houses through his innovative approach and focus on high-quality wines. After many milestones, Taittinger sold the Champagne house to an investment company, but it soon became clear that the values and quality of the champagne could not be guaranteed. Therefore, the family decided to buy it back in 2006. Now, with a young and enthusiastic team, led by highly experienced people, they work hard to introduce champagne enthusiasts to quality and family values. The Champagne house has 289 hectares of vineyards in its own vineyards, located in prime locations in and around Reims. These vineyards supply approximately half of the annual wine demand. The remaining grapes are purchased under contract from local farmers.

The taste of Taittinger Cuvee Prestige

The Taittinger Brut Réserve is an elegant, subtle, and expressive wine. The palate reveals aromas of fruit and notes of peach. It is lively and fresh, beautifully developing the aromas and scents of fresh fruit and honey. All in all, the Taittinger Brut Réserve is a smooth, harmonious, and exquisite champagne. A pure, refreshing, and refined champagne with nutty aromas and a delicate, mild mousse. Taittinger Brut Reserve Champagne is delicious with a variety of appetizers, fish dishes, and white meat. Between courses, Taittinger Brut Reserve Champagne can be a delightful refreshment.
