The wines of Jean Claude Mas, part of the legendary Domaines Paul Mas, have an impressive track record. For 130 years, they have been at the forefront of Languedoc-Roussillon. Pioneer Jean Claude Mas founded the winery in 1892. To this day, his descendants continue to keep the legacy alive. The planted area is unlimited, allowing them to continue experimenting. Their latest project is the Jean Claude Mas 'Mon' wines. After pressing and fermentation, a quarter of the precious juice is aged in oak for about five months, four-fifths of which are in American oak.
