The origin, grapes and craftsmanship behind this wine.

A royal wine, not only in the Rhône region, but throughout France. The mere mention of Chateauneuf du Pape will make many a wine lover's mouth water. This Chateauneuf du Pape comes from the Quiot winery, now run by the 13th generation, but whose history dates back to the mid-18th century. For over 250 years, Quiot has proven itself not only in Chateauneuf du Pape, but throughout southern France.

The oldest vineyards of this Châteauneuf du Pape winery date back to 1748. Because they have been active in this region for so long, Quiot owns the finest vineyards for their Combes d'Arnevels Châteauneuf du Pape Red. Four classic Rhone grape varieties are used for this red wine: Cinsault, Grenache Noir, Mourvedre, and Syrah. The grapes are fermented separately at controlled temperatures for two to three weeks. The Combes d'Arnevels Châteauneuf du Pape Red juice is then aged in oak for 18 months. This gives this wine its robust yet beloved character.

Well, sit down for this one. A Châteauneuf du Pape is considered one of the finest wines in the world. Your senses will be spoiled for choice with this Combes d'Arnevels Chateauneuf du Pape Red.
