A Prosecco wine like no other, from one of our favorite wineries: De Stefani. Created by blending the finest Glera and Pinot Nero grapes. The name Prosecco Rosé 0.15 refers to the fermentation process. First, the must temperature is lowered to 0 degrees Celsius, after which the juice ferments at a temperature of 15 degrees Celsius. Hence the name: De Stefani Prosecco Rosé 0.15.

The Prosecco wine from Italy

In our opinion, the true power of northern Italian wine is Prosecco. This sparkling wine is what Champagne is to France: festive, cheerful, and wonderfully fizzy. The Prosecco region is located in the northern Italian region of Veneto, a large area inland from Venice. The best Prosecco vines are found around the village of Valdobbiadene. It's no wonder the area surrounding this village is the birthplace of the De Stefani winery.

The Italian wines of De Stefani

De Stefani Winery was founded in 1866. At that time, Valeriano De Stefani began cultivating exquisite grapes in the hills of Valdobbiadene, near the village of Refrontolo. De Stefani Winery is now in the hands of the fourth generation: Alessandro De Stefani. This man has ensured that De Stefani wines are not only immensely popular in Italy but worldwide. Stefani wines are now sold in forty countries.

Buy the Stefani Prosecco Rosé wine

The Glera grape and Pinot Nero grapes make for a superb combination. Thanks to the unique fermentation process, which also gives De Stefani Prosecco Rosé 0.15 its name, you'll experience a unique aroma and flavor. Prepare for fresh strawberries, delicate raspberries, and a hint of springtime violets. Despite its intense fruitiness, De Stefani Prosecco Rosé 0.15 still packs a punch.
