The sixth generation Vignoble Ferret

Dominique Ferret is the owner of the small family estate Domaine de Guillaman in Gascony, located between Bordeaux and Toulouse. The vineyards are situated in southwestern France, where they primarily produce white wines. Ferret has extensive experience and is the sixth generation of the family to continue this tradition. His wines have a distinctive style and character and are consistently highly acclaimed. He works with the most modern equipment and vinification methods. Winemaker Dominique Ferret has his own modern winemaking method, overseeing the wine from harvest through vinification and aging using the most modern techniques. The white wines are also stored in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats at five degrees Celsius.

A particularly harmonious and uncomplicated white wine

Delicious, delicious, and yet again delicious, this Ferret from the Cotes de Gascogne, made entirely from Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The wine's color is a bright lemon yellow. The nose is highly aromatic, with exotic fruit aromas reminiscent of grapefruit, lychee, and passion fruit. On the palate, it's very harmonious and low in acidity. A light sweetness rounds out the uncomplicated overall impression. The wine has relatively mild acidity and a mere 11.5% alcohol. It's the perfect white wine for all wine lovers who appreciate a particularly harmonious and uncomplicated experience—without having to compromise on intense fruit flavors.
