The origin, grapes and craftsmanship behind this wine.

What a stunning wine, this white Laurent Miquel Vendanges Nocturnes is wonderfully fresh and rich. It's made from Sauvignon Blanc and Colombard grapes, which lend it a wonderful freshness and richness. As soon as you open the cap, the burst of fresh fruit greets you, with notes of grapefruit, lemon zest, and green apple. The palate is thirst-quenching and refreshing, with lovely nuances of ripe white fruit, gooseberry, passion fruit, and a hint of apple.

Laurent Miquel is a true family business with a long history. Located in the Lanquedoc region, the winery has been producing wine since 1791. Today, the eighth generation of Laurent Miquel is at the helm. Thanks to hundreds of years of experience and expertise, he can continue to develop his quality wines. Respect for the land and nature is paramount. This delicious white wine is a modern, well-made house wine perfect for everyday enjoyment. This white Vendanges Nocturnes is made by Laurent Miquel, a young, talented winemaker from the Languedoc. The Miequel family has been producing wine here since 1791. The grapes are grown in the commune of Cessenon in the southern part of the Saint-Chinian region at an altitude of 100-200 meters. The soil is clay-limestone, and the vineyard covers eight hectares. This, combined with the warm climate, produces beautifully ripe grapes of varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc and Grenache.

This white wine is made from 70% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, then supplemented with 20% Colombard and 10% Grenache Blanc. Laurent Miquel keeps winemaking simple, as it was meant to be. This means controlled temperatures during fermentation and light filtration before bottling. Maturation takes place in stainless steel tanks. On the palate, this Laurent Miquel Vendanges Nocturnes Blanc is light, playful, and delightfully refreshing with a long and pleasant finish. Enjoy this wine daily, but it also pairs perfectly with appetizers, starters, summer salads, fish dishes, and grilled shellfish.
