Vintage Report
The 2020 vintage in Monterey benefited from long, warm days and cool nights with moderate rainfall. This resulted in a concentrated, fruit-forward wine with rich, well-integrated tannins and a long finish.
Cabernet Sauvignon from the southern Monterey region, just north of Paso Robles, benefits from long, warm days and cool nights, as well as moderate rainfall. The result is a big, bright, fruity wine with rich tannins and a long finish. Concentrated flavors of blackberry and black raspberry are framed by well-integrated tannins.
The high-quality Estate wines of Pareto
Pareto's Estate vineyards are located in Monterey County on California's central coast. This area is known for California's longest growing season, lasting an average of about two weeks longer than other regions. They owe their success to the early morning fog and wild afternoon winds, a phenomenon the winery aptly describes as "it ruins women's hairstyles, but the grapes love it." The area is also strongly influenced by Monterey Bay in the Pacific Ocean, whose depth of over 10,000 feet helps create fog, cool air, and reliable breezes. All these conditions contribute to the development of grapes capable of delivering large fruit, vibrant aromas, and complex flavors. All of the winery's wines are so-called "Estate" wines, a term seen on many American wine labels. This indicates that the wines are 100 percent from the winery's own fields and are produced in the vineyard without any influence from others. The rich aromas of Pareto's Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
Pareto's Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is a beautiful dark red wine. Upon opening the bottle, we are greeted by delightful aromas of deep, dark black fruit, including cassis, blueberry, and ripe plum. This is complemented by a hint of vanilla and a touch of coffee. It's a concentrated wine with soft tannins. The red wine lingers beautifully with plenty of soft fruit well into the finish. A rich wine from Pareto's Estate that pairs perfectly with meat or cheese.Product details
