Vintage Report
The 2015 vintage in Victoria is rated with an excellent score of 90. The wines from this year are characterised as early maturing and highly approachable.
It all began in 1927 on the banks of central Victoria's Goulburn River, where the Purbrick family planted the magnificent Marsanne grape. Originally from France's Rhône region, this grape thrives in Tahbilk, now representing the largest and oldest single-vineyard operation of the variety in the world. And with five generations of experience under their belts, the Purbricks are true masters of Marsanne, having received some of the world's highest accolades. We're talking over 1,000 awards and more than 50 trophies from the world's most important wine shows.
