The Louis Bouillot Crémant de Bourgogne Brut Rosé Perle d’Aurore is a rosé Crémant made using the traditional method, the same process as Champagne. What makes rosé Crémant from Burgundy so interesting? The combination of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, along with maturation on the lees, creates an elegant mousse and refined structure with extra depth.

This Crémant is a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Gamay.

Origin: Burgundy

The grapes come from different parts of Burgundy, a region known for its calcareous soils and cool climate.

In the glass, this rosé shows a clear salmon pink color with a refined, persistent mousse. The style is characterized by red fruit, floral notes, and an elegant structure. The combination of freshness and maturation results in a balanced and accessible sparkling wine.
