The Château Minuty Rosé et Or is a masterpiece from the renowned estate, nestled in the breathtaking Côtes de Provence. This wine is the result of a vision that became a reality in 2009, when the passionate winemakers decided to elevate the winery's subtle flavors and intense aromas to new heights. To achieve this ambition, Château Minuty's three key terroirs were brought together to create the unique flavor profile of the Rosé et Or, a masterpiece that embodies the essence of the winery in every drop.

The old vineyard of Chateau Minuty Rose et Or

The perfectly ripe grapes are hand-picked with the utmost care on the majestic estate itself. These grapes originate from three unique terroirs, each with its own character and contribution to the final blend. Gassin, with its rocky slate subsoil, lends strength and structure to the wine. Vidauban, with its deep red clay soil, adds richness and complexity. And Ramatuelle, situated on sandy soil with a captivating view of the sea, brings a slight saltiness to the wine. Grenache proudly accounts for 80% of the blend, giving the wine impressive body and intensity. Cinsault adds a refreshing vibrancy, while Rolle (Vermentino) contributes its characteristic salty flavors and delicate white fruit notes. The resulting juice, carefully selected by none other than Jean-Etienne and François Matton, responsible for the pressing, is carefully poured into vats using gravity. There, it undergoes controlled alcoholic fermentation, with closely monitored temperatures. Like all Minuty rosés, the Rosé et Or does not undergo malolactic fermentation, preserving its freshness and vibrancy.
