This is partly due to the Primitivo and Negroamaro grape varieties, the two pearls of Puglia. These grape varieties guarantee successful wines from this Italian wine region. The grapes are vinified, but the skins remain on the grapes for only a very short time during this process. This minimizes the release of color, which is why Epicuro Rosato Rose has such a beautiful light pink color.
