Year after year, they manage to pour sublime quality wines for the fans of this magnificent winery. The vineyards are situated at an altitude of between 500 and 800 meters, an ideal altitude for the Tempranillo grape in particular. In this Nube de Leza Garcia Tempranillo Doble Pasta, the grape plays a unique role. A rare yet traditional technique is used: the Doble Pasta method. This method involves fermenting the wine in stainless steel tanks with twice as many grape skins. This gives the red wine a rich color, aroma, and, above all, flavor.
After the unique fermentation, in which Bodegas Leza Garcia leads the way compared to other wineries, the Nube de Leza Garcia is aged in oak. The oak barrels are made of both American and French oak. This creates a spectacular aroma, with cherries and spices playing a prominent role. A luxurious touch of vanilla, licorice, and chocolate completes the wine's aroma. The palate is incredibly intense, allowing the Nube de Leza Garcia Tempranillo Doble Pasta to linger on the tongue.
