Raiza is the name of the Rioja from the Vicente Gandia winery. The Tempranillo grapes for this wine are harvested by hand and with care in the second half of September. The wine is aged in stainless steel vats at 26 degrees Celsius, ensuring the grape's fruity character is preserved. The young wine is then bottled without oak aging.
