Buy or order Colome wine

Bodega Colome is one of the oldest wineries in Argentina. The first vines were planted here in 1831. In 2001, Donald Hess of the Hess Family Estates purchased the winery, seeing it as a valuable addition to his portfolio of wineries. Hess Family Estates owns vineyards in the Americas, South Africa, and, since 2001, Argentina. Bodega Colome focuses on authentic Argentine grape varieties: Malbec for reds and Torrontes for whites. In collaboration with local communities, they worked hard to develop a modern irrigation system using mountain water and a biodynamic approach to the vines. This results in wines with a distinctive style and great complexity. Only native yeast cultures are used, and Colome is very modest in its use of oak. In addition to the well-known Malbec and Torrontes, Colome also produces several special wines from the Lote Especial series and the Altura Maxima.
