The Dopff winery, or Dopff au Moulin in full, has an impressive history. The Dopff family has been present in Alsace since the 17th century, in the village of Riquewihr. The winery truly took shape at the beginning of the 19th century, thanks to Jean Dopff. It was his grandson Julien Dopff who, using expertise from Reims, was the first to produce a Cremant d'Alsace in 1900. The Dopff family still runs the winery today. Pierre-Etienne Dopff and his son Etienne-Arnaud Dopff are currently the passionate producers of Dopff au Moulin wines.

Wines from Dopff au Moulin
