The origin, grapes and craftsmanship behind this wine.

The pride of the Steffen-Schmitt family. This wine represents perhaps the finest grape of German vineyards: the Riesling. Thanks to their years of experience in this family business, they are considered true pioneers of the banks of the Mosel. The wine region is named after this mighty river and is considered Germany's most famous wine region. Currently, Hans Steffen and Roman Steffen are at the helm of the family business. They still operate according to the same principles as their ancestors: quality and sustainability are paramount.

Steffen Winery owns numerous vineyards, primarily growing indigenous grape varieties such as Riesling. For this Steffen ST 10 Riesling Feinherb, special vineyards were selected, each containing the Riesling grape. Only the finest grapes are ultimately selected for this fantastic German white wine. When the bunches are deemed ripe enough, they are harvested by hand. After pressing and fermentation, the Steffen ST 10 Riesling Feinherb is aged in stainless steel tanks. This process emphasizes the incredible freshness of this white wine. The process requires considerable time and attention, but it perfectly aligns with the vision of this 200-year-old family business. Why buy Steffen ST 10 Riesling Feinherb

This German wine is the embodiment of a perfect Riesling. All the wonderful aspects you can find in good Rieslings are also evident in Steffen ST 10 Riesling Feinherb. Rich and full-bodied, yet subtle and harmonious. We're running out of superlatives, so it's highly recommended that you discover this wine for yourself. Refined notes of soft apricot and peach create a unique flavor palette. The pleasant acidity fills your mouth and brings a smile to your face. Steffen ST 10 Riesling Feinherb is dry, but not too dry, making it an excellent pairing with Asian dishes.
