The flagship of the enchanting Bellevaux winery. For decades, they have been known as one of the finest wineries in Languedoc-Roussillon. The driving force behind the winery is the wine cooperative Les Vignerons du Narbonnais. This cooperative was founded by several winegrowers in 1936. By working together, they were able to produce wines on a larger scale. The cooperative has since grown into a leading wine company with 330 member winegrowers. Together, they produce phenomenal wines, with Bellevaux's wines arguably being the finest. This Bellevaux Chardonnay Reserve is perhaps the finest wine in Bellevaux's range.

A wood-aged white wine

Because Bellevaux wines are produced by Vignerons du Narbonnais, the grapes are of excellent quality. The cooperative has over 1,500 hectares at its disposal. Only the very best bunches of Chardonnay grapes are used for Bellevaux Chardonnay Reserve. Because the Chardonnay grapes grow on chalky soil, they are rich in aroma and flavor. After vinification, the wine is lightly aged in oak barrels and then matures in the bottle for several months before leaving the Bellevaux cellars.
