Note the magnum bottle of this 11 Minutes Rosé, holding 1.5 liters. The bottle itself is a work of art and so beautiful! What a fantastic rosé from Pasqua, so beautiful and refined, unbelievable for this price. The name 11 Minutes Rosé comes from the fact that the red grape skins ferment with the juice for only 11 minutes. This gives this Pasqua rosé a beautiful light color and a rich, intense bouquet of aromas. The color is truly stunning, a salmon rosé that resembles a Provence rosé! Well, it certainly has a certain resemblance. The grapes used for this 11 Minutes Rosé are Corvina, Trebbiano, Syrah, and Carmenere. All are hand-picked and rigorously selected, ensuring Pasqua receives only the finest juice. Each grape contributes to the aroma, with plenty of soft red fruit such as strawberry, raspberry, and currant, complemented by citrus peel and apple. The taste is crisp and dry, perfectly balanced, and with its light, refreshing character, it's a lovely glass of Veneto rosé. The flavors offer notes of light herbs, cherries, lime, and raspberries. Fun fact: it takes 11 minutes by tractor from the vineyard to Pasqua's cellars, and the wine is pressed in 11 minutes!
