Thanks to the good weather, the grapes ripened well, and you can taste it! Open that 6-liter bottle and experience it for yourself. As soon as you pour this AIX Methusalem rosé into your glass, you'll know it. This is delicious. The color is a beautiful light salmon pink, a color we expect from a good Provence rosé. On the nose, we discovered a ripe bouquet: red fruits such as strawberries, raspberries, and red currants. But also fresh citrus notes and a hint of blossom. What also struck us was that AIX is incredibly pure and super smooth. Just by using our nose, we were already craving this rosé from Provence. The taste is sublime and superior.
