In 2008, they joined forces with Cantina Terlano and, under new management and a new winemaking team with Rudy Kofler at the helm, they began reducing yields and significantly increased the quality of their wines. Nestled at the foot of the Dolomites, it is a region of incredible beauty and diversity, where the radiant sun blends with cool, breezy evenings. This contrast creates ample, expressive wines capable of achieving excellent ripeness while remaining incredibly fresh, elegant, and moderate in alcohol. The Alto Adige vineyards are located in a cool location, between 260 and 380 meters above sea level. The soil consists of clay mixed with dolomite. The grapes are picked with good acidity, resulting in a beautiful freshness. After hand-harvesting, the grape juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled, cool temperature. The wine then ages on the lees for six months.
